Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly Apartments

You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

The Pike is a pet-friendly community; we know you both will enjoy living here. Our pet fee is $300 per apartment. Monthly pet rent is $35 per apartment. 2 pets max per apartment. No weight restriction. However, we do have some breed restrictions (see below).
 

Pet Restrictions:

• Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
• Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas
• Exotic Pets / Animals: Including Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, etc.) Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds.
