Tours can be scheduled by calling our leasing office directly, submitting a request through our website, or emailing [email protected]. A member of our leasing team will follow up to confirm your appointment. 

Our office is open Monday–Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00PM to 4:00PM. Hours are subject to change*

Please bring a valid government-issued ID when visiting our leasing office to tour an apartment at The Pike.

The Pike offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 14 months.

Applicants are required to have a gross monthly income equal to 2 times the monthly rent to qualify for an apartment home.

The application fee is $21 per applicant. Additional administrative fees may apply and will be reviewed during the application process. 

The Pike welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions and pet fees apply. Please contact our leasing team for full pet policy details. 

Yes, a background check is conducted for each applicant as part of the standard application process. 

Yes, renter's insurance is required for all residents at The Pike. Proof of an active policy must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout the lease term. 

Yes, a security deposit is required. Security deposits start at $500 and may vary based on screening results and approval conditions.

Rent is paid through our secure online resident portal, where residents can make one-time payments, set up recurring payments, and manage their accounts for ease and convenience.

The Pike is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes or in indoor common areas.

The Pike offers direct access to walking and biking trails that connect into Eagle's broader trail network, including Boneyard Trailhead, Brush Creek, and Bluffs Trailhead.

Located just a quarter-mile from The Pike, getting around without a car is easy and convenient with Eagle County’s Core Transit (formerly ECO Transit), which runs seven days a week, year-round on the Valley Route, linking key communities and essential destinations throughout the valley for seamless regional travel.
